Hi folks, new to this board. So, recently got a VF16 which I basically want to use as backup next to the Alesis HD24XR I use for location recording (and as
headphone monitor)
I got it really cheap but it still has V1.04 on it. I do have a SCSI CD-drive that fits and is recognised (HP9200e) but when I place the CD with V3.13 in it, the VF16 says "protected" and the CD-drive kicks the CD out...I also tried to do the same procedure by starting with upgrade V1.04 ->V2.00 but alas same result. Any insight here?? Advise appreciated!
