I checked FostexUsa.com support page and I found VM88 service manual which I think has the same line in structure. But my question is- if anybody has the service manual of VF16, could we have it here? Thanx! Donny

I received the pdf file the next business day. I don't know why Fostex doesn't include a link to it on their support download page. I like the VF series so much I own 4 of them. I paid $999.00 for the first and less than $400 each for the others. I find it very useful to link 2 together using ADAT and have all 16 tracks available for recording to the 2nd deck. I leave 2 Stereo Keyboards, Stereo Drum Machine, 4 Mics (XLR) for vocals/instrument miking plugged in at all times and still have 8 tracks available with all recording controls on 1 machine. If Fostex ever truly updates the VF series (The MR and LR series just leave too much behind from the VF series, IMHO) I will be one of the first to buy one. I do use the MR8HD for live remote recording of our local Youth Symphony Orchestra and it works fine for that (The USB interface is a lot more convenient for moving the wav files to PC for editing/mixing/mastering).
